Rachel is the definition of a people person. She started out as the director of client engagement and has since advanced to the COO role. Rachel is responsible for a wide variety of essential tasks, but most importantly, she is here for you! Her priority is providing personalized service to all our clients.
Rachel’s passion for client satisfaction, paired with her strong ability to create relationships, helps her uphold a world-class experience for our clients. She strives to create a culture that exceeds people’s expectations.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and obtained her master’s in administration from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She likes to travel as much as possible, attend concerts and spend time with family and friends.
